Hi, I’m Sydney Kennedy, born and raised in Van Buren County, Iowa. I love Jesus, baking, gardening, crocheting, and caring for my chickens, ducks, and rabbits. I live in Salem, IA with my husband, two dogs, four ducks, and six chickens.

I started baking homemade bread in the beginning of 2022, as a new year resolution to not buy bread products anymore. Then moving onto sourdough I fell in love with the process of making the bread, the taste, and how it made me feel. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2022 and start learning about low glycaemic index foods. It just so happened Sourdough was one! With that information I tried more recipes and fell in love with them. That is when I decided I need to share my goods with others.

I started selling my sourdough bread in the fall of 2023. I’ve been thankful for all my continuing customers and their weekly or bi-weekly bread orders.

My goal is to have my own little shop with all my goods, ranging from fresh baked goods, vegetables, eggs, baby bunnies, and crocheted items.
